Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping and processing times are slower than normal.

Where do you ship from?
 

Orders are shipped from southern California, USA!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately I can no longer ship outside of USA/CA through my main store, BUT you can order internationally on my Etsy!

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping on domestic (U.S.) orders starts at $3.50. Shipping to Canada starts at $9.98. Orders shipped everywhere else starts at $14.98.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

I just placed my order! When will it ship?

I aim to have orders processed and prepared as quickly as my schedule allows! Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has been marked as shipped?

Non-preorder orders shipped to U.S. addresses should arrive between 2-10 days. Orders to Canada should arrive between 5-15 days. 

Is there shipment tracking?

Orders including charms and prints will have tracking. Stickers do not include tracking unless ordered with bulkier items.

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address!

Please email me at [email protected] ASAP if you find something incorrect on your order information. I cannot intercept packages after they have left my hands, so please ensure all of your information is correct before placing your order!

Do you accept returns?

To request a return or exchange, please email me at [email protected] within 10 days or receiving your item(s). Item(s) must be returned to me in it's original condition to be eligible for return or exchange. In the event that an item arrives damaged, I can provide a refund or replacement with proper evidence provided.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email me ASAP at [email protected]. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return after the order is received.

I want an item that is out of stock!

Product availability is limited to on-hand stock! I will occasionally host preorders for restocks and upcoming products. Preorders will be announced on my social channels. If you're curious about a specific product, feel free to email me!
